Family has given me the opportunity to train while assuming all the

relationships with my classes and am confident now in my classroom
management skills. I have become particularly adept at creating my own
resources for the classroom and am working on improving the range of
differentiated activities I can offer my classes.

Working at Flour
gave me the opportunity to experience the challenges and rewards of
working in a small company. The mix of necessary day-to-day tasks, from
creative to administrative and communication work gave me a good
understanding of the dedication and self-motivation needed to run such a
company. This work experience helped me develop my communication skills
and sense of self-responsibility and motivation in my work.
